Synopsis
Based on the uncensored version of James Jones’ novel, is Academy and Tony Award®- winner Tim Rice’s From Here To Eternity. Written in collaboration with Stuart Brayson and Bill Oakes and staged at London’s Shaftesbury Avenue Theatre.
The musical tells the story of a group of soldiers in G Company during the time of the Pearl Harbour attack in 1941. Platoon sergeant Milt Warden, Private Angelo Maggio and Private Robert E Lee Prewitt each embark on journeys of military insubordination in this raw and gritty epic tale of love and desire.
